Reference is made to the update issued by Alternus Energy Group Plc (OSE: ALT)
("AEG") and Solis Bond Company DAC ("Solis"), a former indirect majority owned
subsidiary, on 1 March 2023 relating to potential contractual claim from Projekt
Solartechnik Fund Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty ("Solartechnik") against AEG, a
subsidiary of AEG and Solis (the "Solartechnik Claim").

AEG was informed today by its Polish legal counsel that the arbitration court at
the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw ruled in favour of Solartechnik and
awarded PLN 27,488,299.50 to Solartechnik. In addition Solartechnik was awarded
PLN 300,275.32 plus EUR 156,114.84 being legal and arbitration cost.

Further information will be made available once AEG has assessed the
implications of the arbitration award.
