Recreate ASA – Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Recreate ASA from trading
on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book II section
3.17.2 (1), Euronext Oslo Børs has on 10 October 2024 made the following
resolution: "The shares in Recreate ASA will be delisted from Euronext Growth
Oslo as of 14 October 2024. The last day of trading will be 11 October 2024."
