Correction* Techstep ASA - Mandatory notification of trade in connection with Private Placement

Correction is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Techstep ASA
("Techstep" or the "Company") on 9 October 2024 regarding mandatory notification
of trade in connection with the Private Placement, with regard to the number of
allocated Offer Shares to Datum AS as follows:

· Datum AS has been allocated 461,217 Offer Shares. Datum AS is a close
associate of member of the  board of directors of the Company (the "Board"),
Harald Arnet.
· Datum Vekst AS has been allocated 51,246 Offer Shares. Datum Vekst AS is a
close associate of member of the  Board, Harald Arnet.

Primary insider notifications pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation Article
19 are attached.

There are no other changes to previous announcement.
