Argeo ASA: Conversion to a public limited liability company and change of company name registered

Asker, 10 October 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published by Argeo AS (the "Company" or "Argeo") (Euronext Growth: ARGEO) on 8
October 2022 regarding the extraordinary general meeting held on the same date.
The resolutions made by the general meeting, which include amendments to the
Company's articles of association such as the conversion of the Company into a
public limited liability company and the change of company name, have now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new name of
the Company is Argeo ASA.
