EQVA ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Nordic Corporate Bank ASA has today, 9 October 2024, acquired 15,920,716 shares
in Eqva ASA following enforcement of security provided under two defaulted loan
facilities, equivalent to approximately 21.19% of the shares and votes in Eqva
ASA.
Nordic Corporate Bank ASA does not own any other shares or rights to shares in
Eqva ASA.
This announcement is published in accordance with section 4-2 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
