Reference is made to Carasent AS s ("Carasent" or the "Company") stock
exchange and press release 30 August 2024 regarding the merger plan for a
cross-border merger to the effect that shareholders will have their Carasent
shares one for one exchanged with Carasent SWE shares listed only on Nasdaq
Stockholm (the "Relisting"), and to the Company s stock exchange and press
release today that the cross-border merger has been approved by the Company s
extraordinary general meeting.
The Company hereby publishes the attached practical information to
shareholders in preparation of the contemplated Relisting.
