Building a school in Østfold

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed an agreement with Indre
Østfold municipality for the rehabilitation and expansion of Hovin Primary
School in Spydeberg, Østfold. The contract is a collaborative project valued at
approximately NOK 250 million excluding VAT.

The project includes the rehabilitation of the existing school, covering 5,200
m², as well as an extension of 2,200 m². The school will become a complete three
parallel primary school. The goal is for the school facility to become an
attractive community facility that is regularly used outside of school hours as
well.

so this project suits us well. After a good collaboration process, we now look
forward to realizing this important project for the local community in
Spydeberg,” says Peter Sandrup, CEO of Betonmast.

Construction is estimated to start in the spring of 2025 after the detailed
zoning plan is completed.
