Notification of transaction by close associate of primary insider

Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements in connection with
the merger of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank and SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge, including the
stock exchange announcement on 1 October 2024 regarding the completion of the
merger.

In connection with the completion of the merger, Nobel Partners AS, close
associate of Dag Mejdell, the deputy chair of the board in SpareBank 1
Sør-Norge, has been allocated 5,000 shares at a subscription price of NOK 130.60
per share. Following the completion of the merger, Dag Mejdell together with
close associates, holds a total of 48,000 shares.
