Affiliate Solis Notice

Reference is made to notice of a written resolution dated 3 October issued by
Solis Bond Company DAC ("Solis") a former indirect wholly owned subsidiary of
Alternus Energy Group Plc (OSE: ALT) ("AEG") and of Alternus Clean Energy, Inc.
(NASDAQ: ALCE) ("ALCE"), a majority owned subsidiary of AEG regarding the
approval of the transfer of Ownership in Solis (the "Notice").

AEG and Solis announces that the bondholders have voted to approve the
resolutions as set forth in the Notice. Please see the attached for more
