New employee representatives

Supplementary election have been held among the employees regarding positions in
the board of HAV Group ASA.

Thor-Lennart Solvevåg replaces Egil Bremnes as employee representative, and
where Daniel Leinebø replaces Hanne Reite Keyn as deputy representative. The new
positions will be held until the next ordinary election for employee
representatives in 2025.
