ELOPAK ASA: Transactions update under- and completion of share buy-back program

Elopak ASA (“Elopak”, ticker: ELO) announced on August 29, 2024 the launch of a
share buy-back programme for the repurchase of up to 500,000 shares for a
maximum aggregate amount of NOK 25,000,000, to meet the company's obligations
under its long-term incentive plan. The share buy-back program is now completed.
Under the share buy-back program, Elopak purchased a total of 500,000 own shares
at Oslo Børs at an average price of NOK 42,63 per share. Following the
completion of such transactions, Elopak owns a total of 527,784 own shares,
corresponding to 0,2% of the company's share capital.
Please see details enclosed regarding transactions conducted under the buy-back
program, detailing the transaction on an aggregate daily basis as well as a
comprehensive list of all transactions.
