Reference is made to the stock announcement made by Norlandia Health & Care
Group AS on 19 June 2024 regarding its successful placement of a senior secured
sustainability-linked bond with a tenor of 4 years, consisting of a NOK tranche
of NOK 1,250 million and a SEK tranche of SEK 1,050 million. The bond issue,
