Disclosure of large shareholding

North Energy ASA has on 30 September 2024 sold 2 000 000 shares in Thor Medical
ASA (the "Company"). Following this transaction, North Energy ASA holds 10 868
549 shares in the Company, corresponding to 4.63% of the total number of issued
shares in the Company, and thereby reducing its ownership below the 5%
disclosure threshold set out in the Norwegian Securities Trading Act Section
4-2.
