NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a rail contract in Norway - NOK 179 million

Gjermundshaug Anlegg AS has appointed NRC Norge AS, a company wholly owned by
NRC Group ASA, to a contract for the rehabilitation and upgrading of Stange
railway station.

The contract is valued at approximately NOK 179 million, and will involve rail
services such as electro, signal/telecom, and trackwork. The work will commence
in September 2024 and is scheduled for completion in the autumn of 2027.
