Major shareholding notification

Radforsk Investeringsstiftelse has on 27 September 2024 sold 7 500 000 shares in
Nykode Therapeutics ASA (the "Company"). Following this transaction, Radforsk
Investeringsstiftelse holds 10 315 311 shares in the Company, corresponding to
3.16% of the total number of issued shares in the Company, and thereby reducing
its ownership below the 5% disclosure threshold set out in the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act Section 4-2. The proceeds from this transaction will be
used to settle Radforsks bank loan in full.
