Euronext Oslo Børs – Decision on admission to trading – Lifecare ASA

Euronext Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares of Lifecare ASA to trading
on Euronext Oslo Børs (alternatively Euronext Expand).

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of admission to trading
satisfies the admission requirements for Euronext Oslo Børs (alternatively
Euronext Expand).

The CEO of Euronext Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than
the 20.12.2024.
