SATS ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

A close associate of Chief Digital Officer Gaute Sandal, Skogstua Invest AS,
has today divested 38,512 shares in SATS ASA at an average price of NOK 21.29.
Following this transaction, Skogstua Invest AS holds 440,494 shares in SATS
ASA. In addition, Gaute Sandal holds 803 shares directly, as well as a holding
through SATS Management Invest.
