Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Huddlestock
Fintech AS ("Huddlestock" or the "Company") today, 26 September 2024 announcing
the completion of a private placement of new shares in the Company, raising
gross proceeds of NOK 14,155,899.60 (the "Private Placement") and a potential
subsequent offering of up to 9,750,000 new shares directed towards eligible
shareholders, raising gross proceeds of up to NOK 5,850,000 (the "Subsequent
Offering").

The shares in Huddlestock will be traded exclusive the right to participate in
the Subsequent Offering (if resolved) as from today, 26 September 2024.
