Standard Supply AS – Proposed dividend of NOK 1.10 per share - Notice of extraordinary general meeting

(Oslo, Norway, 25 September 2024)
The Board of Directors of Standard Supply AS has today resolved to propose the
distribution of an extraordinary dividend of NOK 1.10 per share.
Including the dividend proposal announced today, Standard Supply AS has returned
approx. NOK 1.2bn or NOK 6.27/share to the shareholders since the IPO in July
2022.
The distribution of the extraordinary dividend is subject to approval by the
Company’s general meeting. The Board of Directors therefore calls for an
extraordinary general meeting to discuss the proposed dividend distribution and
other matters as set out in the notice for the general meeting.
The extraordinary general meeting will be held on 9 October 2024 at 11.00 hours
CEST, as a physical meeting in the offices of Advokatfirmaet CLP DA,
Sommerrogata 13-15, 0255 Oslo. The notice for the general meeting, including
notices of attendance and proxy forms is attached to this stock exchange notice.
