MEJS Invest AS, a close associate of CFO and primary insider Morten Hilton
Thomassen, has purchased in total 20,000 shares in M Vest Water AS at an average
price NOK 10.11 of per share on September 23-25.

After this transaction, MEJS Invest AS holds a total of 26,432 shares in M Vest
Water AS.

In addition to the shares held by MEJS Invest AS, CFO and primary insider Morten
Hilton Thomassen also holds private shares and options in M Vest Water AS.

This includes 10,000 shares and 170,000 share options.
