Outstanding in the market after this buyback is NOK 159 million.
- NOK 57 million in MING86 PRO (ISIN: NO0010814684) at a cash price of 99.732
Outstanding in the market after this buyback is NOK 143 million.

The buyback was done in conjunction with the issuance of a new Additional Tier
bond of NOK 450 million on 24 September 2024.

Settlement date is 30 September 2024.
