Reference is made to the announcements made on Thursday 19 September and Friday
20 September related to the employee share program in Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding
ASA.

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has today, Tuesday 24 September 2024, completed the
transfer of 12,488 own WWI class-a shares at a price of NOK 424.5898 per share
to employees. Effective today, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA owns 950,253 WWI
class a-shares and 738,559 WWIB class b-shares.
