Telenor ASA - Issuance of bonds

Telenor ASA has on 24 September 2024 priced the following bond tranches under
the company's EMTN programme:

- SEK 1,350,000,000, coupon 3M Stibor +0.50%, maturity 01 October 2027,
- SEK 750,000,000, coupon 3M Stibor + 0.75%, maturity 01 October 2029,
- SEK 1,750,000,000, fixed coupon 2.758%, maturity 01 October 2029.

All tranches will settle on 01 October 2024. The proceeds will be used for
general corporate purposes and repayment of existing indebtedness. The bonds
will be listed on Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Danske Bank, Nordea and SEB acted
as Joint Lead Managers for the issuances.
