Notification of major shareholding

Reference is made to stock exchange notices published in connection with the
merger of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA and SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge (the "Merger"),
including the stock exchange notice published earlier today regarding the banks
boards' decision on completion of the Merger.

Prior to the merger between the banks, Sparebankstiftelsen SR-Bank holds 78 676
815 shares in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA, corresponding to a percentage of issued
shares of 29.77 %. Upon completion of the Merger, on 1 October 2024,
Sparebankstiftelsen SR-Bank's ownership will correspond to 20.95 percent of the
issued shares in the merged bank.

Prior to the merger between the banks, Sparebankstiftelsen BV og
Sparebankstiftelsen Telemark respectively hold 24,141,356 and 18,910,174 number
of equity certificates in SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge, corresponding to a
percentage of issued equity certificates of 17.23 % and 13.50 %. In connection
with the completion of the merger, 32,666,869 shares will be issued to
Sparebankstiftelsen BV and 25,033,916 shares to Sparebankstiftelsen Telemark as
consideration for existing equity certificates and primary capital in SpareBank
1 Sørøst-Norge. Upon completion of the merger, on 1 October 2024,
Sparebankstiftelsen BV will own 32,666,869 shares in SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA,
corresponding to a percentage of issued shares of 8.70 percent.
Sparebankstiftelsen Telemark will own 25,033,916 shares, corresponding to 6.67
percent of issued shares.

Each share entitles one vote at the general meeting.
