Horisont Energi announces strategic review

Sandnes, Norway 24 September 2024: Horisont Energi (EURONEXT: HRGI) (the
"Company") hereby announces that it has, in conjunction with its Board of
Directors and major shareholders, initiated a strategic review to explore
several options for its project portfolio within CCS and clean ammonia.

The aim is to identify and evaluate opportunities that will maximize shareholder
value and ensure that the Company is well-positioned to secure the requisite
funding essential for meeting the Company’s key project milestones and the
successful execution of its long-term strategy.

Further updates regarding the outcomes of this strategic review and its
implications for the Company's operations and strategic direction will be
communicated in due course.
