Building a Large Residential Project in the Stockholm Area

HMB, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has been commissioned to construct a total of
333 new apartments in the Stockholm area on behalf of Reliwe. The project will
be carried out as a turnkey contract with a total contract value of
approximately SEK 459 million excluding VAT.

The project is divided into two phases. Phase 1 includes 84 apartments.
Construction for phase 1 is planned to start at the turn of the year 2024/2025,
with occupancy expected in September 2026. Phase 2 includes an additional 249
apartments, with construction planned to start in April 2025, and the final
occupancy expected in December 2027.
