Sparebanken Sør: Successful issuance of Tier 2 bonds

Sparebanken Sør (Issuer rating A1/Positive by Moody’s) has today issued a new
Tier 2 bond of NOK 600 million with ISIN NO0013354043. The coupon is 3 month
Nibor + 1.57 percentage points p.a. Settlement date is 30 September 2024.

The Tier 2 bond matures on 2 April 2035 and has a first call option for the
issuer on 2 January 2030, subject to approval from the Financial Supervisory
Authority of Norway, if required.

The new issue has been approved by the bank's General Meeting. The bond issue
will be applied for listing on Nordic ABM.

Danske Bank and DNB Markets acted as Joint Lead Managers.
