Rattern AS, a company closely associated with Sverre Hurum, has on the 20th of
September 2024, sold 7,500 Bouvet ASA shares at NOK 68.3493 per share. New
holding is 105,000 shares. Sverre Hurum is a board member in Rattern AS. As a
result of this transaction, Sverre Hurum including direct and indirect relations
hold 3,433,841 shares in Bouvet ASA.
