program for employees.

The following primary insiders have participated in the program:

Shares to be acquired:
- Christian Berg: 29 WWI class a- shares
- Bjørge Grimholt: 29 WWI class a-shares
- Benedicte Teigen Gude: 29 WWI class a-shares
- Geir Flæsen: 29 WWI class a-shares

Following completion of the transactions, their new holdings will be:
- Christian Berg: 3 529 WWI class a-shares
- Bjørge Grimholt: 2 371 WWI class a-shares and 10 class b shares
- Benedicte Teigen Gude: 1 016 WWI class a-shares
- Geir Flæsen: 29 WWI class a-shares
