Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA: Share program for employees - transaction in own shares

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has today completed a share program for employees.
As part of the program, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA will transfer 12,459 own
WWI class a-shares to employees. Following completion of the transaction, Wilh.
Wilhelmsen Holding ASA will own 950,282 WWI class a-shares and 738,559 WWIB
class b-shares.
Shares have, with some limitations, been offered at a 25 per cent discount to
employees who are tax resident in Norway and employed by a Norwegian subsidiary
owned with more than 50% by Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA. The maximum amount
which could be subscribed for has been set at NOK 12 500 per employee.
The deadline for subscribing for shares was today, 19 September 2024 at 16:30.
The share purchase price under the program has been set at NOK 424.5898 per
share, equal to the weighted average price for WWI class-a shares traded in the
market during the 5 September to 19 September subscription period. A total of
447 employees participated in the program.
