Vow ASA: Notification of trade - primary insider

Forced by its lender, 1 432 845 shares in Vow ASA have today been sold for Badin
Invest Limited, a company associated with the CEO in Vow ASA Henrik Badin.

After this transaction, Mr. Badin owns through Badin Invest Limited, 2 912 778
shares in the Company.

Today, the lender has informed Badin Invest that the debt has been settled, that
it has stopped selling shares, and that pending final settlement, no further
shares will be sold.
