Sparebanken Sør: Successful issuance of Additional Tier 1 bond

Sparebanken Sør (rated A1 with positive outlook by Moody’s) has today issued a
new Additional Tier 1 bond of NOK 300 million with ISIN NO0013350462. The coupon
is 3 month Nibor + 2.90 percentage points p.a. Settlement date is 27 September
2024.

The Additional Tier 1 bond has a first call option for the issuer on 27 December
2029, subject to approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, if
required.

The new issue has been approved by the bank's General Meeting. The bond issue
will be applied for listing on Nordic ABM.

DNB Markets, Nordea and Norne acted as Joint Lead Managers.
