EIOF – Interim CEO and interim CFO

Eidesvik Offshore ASA (“EIOF”) informs that Helga Cotgrove has been appointed
interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company effective immediately.
Cotgrove is currently CFO of EIOF. Lars Tufteland Engelsen, current vice
president finance of EIOF, will become interim CFO from the same time.

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 9 September 2024 which
announced that Gitte Gard Talmo had resigned her position as CEO of EIOF. Gard
Talmo will remain with the company for a transition period of one month.
