Å Energi establish a new loan with the Nordic Investment Bank

The Nordic Investment Bank and Å Energi have entered into a new loan agreement
of NOK 1 billion. The loan will finance upgrading and extention of the power
grid in Agder and Buskerud in the 2024-2026 period. The loan has a maturity of
10 years.
