Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on 17 September 2024
regarding the completion of a secondary placement of existing shares in Elopak
ASA by Ferd AS.
Ferd AS, a close associate of board member and primary insider Manuel Arbiol
Pascual, has sold 20,000,000 shares in Elopak ASA at a price of NOK 41.0 per
share on 17 September 2024. Following the transaction, Ferd AS owns 119,465,870
shares in Elopak ASA, equivalent to 44.4% of the company's share capital.
