Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on 17 September 2024
regarding the completion of a secondary placement of existing shares in Elopak
ASA (the "Company") by Ferd AS.
On 17 September 2024, Ferd AS disposed of a total of 20,000,000 shares in the
Company through the secondary placement, at a price of NOK 41 per share.
Following the disposal, Ferd AS owns a total of 119,465,870 shares in the
Company, representing 44.4% of the Company's voting rights and shares. Ferd AS
has consequently fallen below the 50% reportable threshold of the share capital
and voting rights in the Company.
Ferd AS is ultimately controlled by Johan H. Andresen and his immediate family.
Ferd AS has no rights to further shares or votes in the Company.
