Crayon Group Holding ASA - Approval of prospectus for listing of new senior unsecured bonds

Reference is made to the announcement by Crayon Group Holding ASA (the
"Company") on 21 March 2024 about the successful completion of a new 4-year
senior unsecured bond issue with an initial issue amount of NOK 1,200 million
(the “New Bonds”).

On 16 September 2024, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway approved a
prospectus prepared by the Company in connection with the application for
admission to trading and listing of the New Bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs.
