BlueNord ASA - Change of Status of Close Associate of Primary Insider

Oslo, 17 September 2024: BlueNord ASA ("BlueNord" or the "Company") has been
informed by Taconic Capital Advisors UK LLP ("Taconic") that Peter Coleman, a
member of the board of directors of BlueNord, no longer has an employment or
contractual relationship with Taconic, with the consequence that Taconic shall
no longer be considered a close associate of Peter Coleman with respect to
BlueNord pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR").


Peter Coleman continues as a member of the board of directors of BlueNord.
Taconic will no longer be required to report mandatory notification of trades
pursuant to MAR article 19.
