SoftOx Solution AS: Court Decision

The District Court of Ringerike, Asker, and Bærum has today made its ruling in a
dispute between SoftOx Solutions AS ("Company") and a former consultant claiming
to have a bonus claim for services rendered in 2022.

The district court ruled in favor of the consultant and awarded the consultant
approx. NOK 2.5 million plus interest, and NOK 484 thousand in compensation
including legal costs. The Company believes that the claim has no merits, and
the ruling will be appealed.
