NOL: Northern Ocean Ltd. appoints Eirik Sunde as new Chief Commercial Officer

12 September 2024: Northern Ocean Ltd. ("NOL") has appointed Eirik Sunde as the
new Chief Commercial Officer of NOL effective as of 1 December 2024.

Eirik Sunde joins NOL from Transocean, where he has served as Senior Marketing
Manager, overseeing commercial processes for the Norwegian sector. Eirik holds a
Masters degree in economics from the University of Edinburgh. He is a Norwegian
citizen and resides in Norway.
