buy-back programme: 20 August 2024 – 17 August 2024
From 2 September 2024 to, and including 6 September 2024 Sparebanken Møre has
purchased a total of 13,309 own Equity Certificates (EC) at an average price of
NOK 84.2308 per EC. Sparebanken Møre owns a total of 152,983 own ECs,
corresponding to 0.31% of total EC capital.
An overview of all transactions made under the buy-back programme that have been
carried out during the abovementioned time periode is attached.
