Volue ASA – Mandatory notification of trade by primary insiders and other members of the management

Reference is made to the announcement on 8 July 2024 where it was announced that
Edison BidCo AS (the "Offeror") intended to launch a voluntary tender offer to
acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares in Volue ASA (the "Company")
(the "Offer") and the announcement on 19 August 2024 regarding commencement of
the offer period for the Offer.

The following primary insiders and other members of the management with related
parties of the Company have accepted the Offer for all their shares in the
Company, as further specified below:
• Trond Straume (CEO): 547 401 shares through Ganddal Invest AS, Electron AS and
privately held shares .
• Arnstein Kjesbu (CFO): 337 890 shares through Skarvatne Holding AS, Kjesbu
Invest AS and privately held shares .
• Ingeborg Gjærum (COO): 85 714 shares through Ingeborg Gjærum AS.
• Richard Schytte (CSO): 2 686 shares.
• Håvard Pedersen (CDO): 3 379 shares.
• Roland Peetz (SVP Energy Software): 207 461 shares
• Stein Petter Agersborg (SVP Power Grid): 3 351 shares
• Frode Solem (EVP Infrastructure): 128 571 shares
• Kim Steinsland (Managing director Scanmatic AS): 171 429 shares through Sesiso
Invest AS.
