Zaptec ASA: Appoints Joris Laponder as CCO

Zaptec is pleased to announce the following changes to its executive leadership
team. Effective immediately, Joris Laponder is appointed Chief Commercial
Officer. Joris has already served as interim leader for Anna-Karin Andersen, his
contributions over the past seven months have been highly commendable. Joris has
a long track record in the sustainable mobility and renewable energy market. In
recent years, he has held executive positions with several leading players in
the energy sector.

Anna-Karin Andersen will be departing the company to pursue new opportunities.
We extend our gratitude for her dedication and significant contributions since
joining Zaptec in 2019, notably in establishing our first subsidiary in Sweden.
Her efforts have been significant in shaping Zaptec Sweden into the thriving
entity it is today.

We are confident these changes will strengthen our position to take the next
steps of growth in the European market.
