Gram Car Carriers ASA – Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Gram Car Carriers ASA
from trading on Euronext Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II pkt. 2.11.2 (3),
Euronext Oslo Børs has on 5 August 2024 made the following resolution: "The
shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA will be delisted from Euronext Oslo Børs as of 6
August 2024. The last day of trading will be 5 August 2024."
