CodeLab Capital AS – operational KPI reporting and business update
01 Aug 2024 16:56 CEST
Operational Highlights and Financial Performance as of August 1, 2024 (YTD):
Unique users on the product: 1182(+110)
Unique company logos won: 95(+18)
New licenses won: 312(+90)
Weighted value of deal pipeline: 101(+17)
Churn company logos: 8(+2), adjusted for 36 legacy churn logos (test customers
with typical 1-2 licenses).
The strong commercial momentum continued in July (despite the summer holidays).
The trend of improved sales processes impacts all KPIs positively.
This has resulted in a strong July contributing with 90 new licenses. This is
almost the same level as June and we are particularly happy with this given the
shortened July (two weeks of vacation). Our premium priced products are still
our best selling choice. This product allows the customers to utilize all our AI
functionality.
In July Uniscale extended its commercial efforts with the addition of Peter
Tuborgh Arnth Nielsen as the new Head of Enterprise and Partnerships. He brings
vast experience landing large customers and building partnership models from
other SaaS companies. These areas will now get even more focus and should prove
to be strategically important for our growth targets and expanding our market
reach.
We continue to keep a high focus on operational improvements, including within
our customer onboarding process, UX/UI and communication.
Head of CX, Kristian Klausen, states;
We see that more and more customers really take Uniscale into use. There is an
improvement in understanding of the tool as well as the material values we
provide. We continue to improve our onboarding process and help materials, for a
smooth and good onboarding of all our customers.
