Vitol Energy Bermuda Limited - a closely related party to – Thomas Baker and
Eduard Ruijs, both members of the Board of directors of WPU, has notified WPU
that Vitol Energy Bermuda Limited through one off market transactions has
transferred a total of 12,396,053 shares in WPU to Vitol B.V.

Vitol B.V. - a closely related party to – Thomas Baker and Eduard Ruijs, both
members of the Board of directors of WPU, has notified WPU that Vitol B.V.
through one off market transactions has acquired a total of 12,396,053 shares in
WPU from Vitol Energy Bermuda Limited.

The transfer was conducted at an average price of NOK 0 (Norwegian kroner 0).

After the transfer Vitol B.V. continues directly or indirectly to hold a total
of 12,396,053 shares in WPU.
