NOD: Invitation to second quarter results for 2024

Nordic Semiconductor ASA will release its second quarter results for 2024 on
Thursday August 8, 2024 at 07:00 CEST.

The Company will conduct the presentation only as a webcast.

CEO Vegard Wollan and CFO Pål Elstad will present the results at 08:00 CEST and
the presentation can be followed live via webcast found on the IR pages at
www.nordicsemi.com. A recorded version of the presentation will be made
available after the presentation has concluded.

The company will only be accepting question asked live through the Q&A dial-in
