Knox Energy Solutions AS - Extension of offer deadline

(Oslo, 31 July 2024) The Board of Directors of Knox Energy Solutions AS (Knox,
OSE: KNOX) has decided to extend the deadline related to an offer for Rapid Oil
shareholders to convert to Knox shares and the warrant program linked to it
until 15 August 2024. A call for a shareholders meeting to approve the extension
will be sent later this week.
