On 31 March 2024, Knox Energy Solutions AS published an announcement regarding
the signing of a share purchase agreement with Blue Concept Ltd. On 16 April
2024, the company announced that the transaction was approved by the
extraordinary general meeting and subsequently the company on, 19 April 2024,
announced that it had acquired 28,000 shares of Rapid Oil Ltd.

On 30 April 2024, the company submitted to Euronext Oslo Børs a report on
continued trading as required according to Euronext Growth Rule Book II section
3.16.1 (1). In accordance with Euronext Growth Rule Book II section 3.16.1 (3),
Euronext Oslo Børs decided on 21 May 2024 that it would require the company to
submit a document that meets the requirements for the content of an application
for admission to trading, including that due diligence investigations were
conducted in accordance with Rule Book II section 5.5.2 (3) and that an
Information Document was prepared in accordance with Euronext Growth Oslo
Rulebook II section 2.3. Euronext Oslo Børs required that the documentation was
to be submitted by 24 June 2024 and that the Information Document was to be
published within 08:00 on 24 June 2024.

As of the time of this announcement, this documentation has not been submitted
and the Information Document has not been published. Euronext Oslo Børs has
therefore concluded to initiate a process to remove the company’s shares from
trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. The company has been given until 08:00 on 12
August 2024 to provide its remarks before a final decision be made.
