Erik Osmundsen, board member and primary insider (PDMR) of TOMRA Systems ASA,
has bought 4,000 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA through closely associated company
Creo Foundation AS. On 24 July 2,500 shares were bought at NOK 165.00 per share
and on 30 July 1,500 shares were bought at 174.80 per share. After the
transaction Erik Osmundsen holds 4,200 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA. Further
